This Privacy Policy describes how Murat Buldanlioglu ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Totix (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Totix has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, files, or precise location. The information involved is limited to what the App and the third-party services below need to run, show ads, process purchases, and understand aggregate usage.

Game progress (levels, currency, settings) is stored on your device. If cloud features are enabled, anonymized progress may be synced to our backend to support leaderboards.

The App may show ads via Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier to provide and measure ads. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
Totix is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the providers' standard retention periods. On-device data is removed when you uninstall the App.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/EEA, UK, CCPA/California), you may have rights to access or delete information about you. Because the App has no accounts, the simplest way to remove on-device data is to uninstall the App; for analytics or advertising data held by our providers, contact us at the address below and we will assist or direct your request to the relevant provider.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. By using the App you consent to such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
